The West Hartford Art League has asked Whimsically Tipsy to help with their bartending services by bringing their CT Mobile Bar to spice up their Art Festivals and openings. Thirty artists participated in the first open-air “Fine Arts Festival” on the grounds of the West Hartford Art League located at 37 Buena Vista Road West Hartford Connecticut. We were so excited to bring Willow the Mobile Bar Bus to share with the folks of West Hartford and the surrounding towns.

The festival will took place from 10-5 p.m. on both Saturday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Sept. 26. Weather was absolutely amazing for both days and it was a spectacular way to spend the weekend indulging in local art culture. The West Hartford Art League is planning on making it an annual event for all to enjoy.
Work by artists in a variety of mediums – including painting, pottery, printmaking, and ceramics – vendors will have tents set up on the parklike grounds. Admission was free and open to all.
Amazing food trucks were also available both days. Paul & Vinnies were serving chicken parm, Caesar salads, Philly cheesesteaks, and more, Lobster Tails lobster rolls, lobster grilled cheese!
We served some amazing craft beer, wine and we were serving cocktails like our Buffalo Jacket with Bourbon, It Girl Spritz a refreshing Campari & Prosecco Spritz and a continuous favorite our Strawberry Letter 23 which includes Strawberry Vanilla simple syrup, vodka and sparkling water. Even local Connecticut Food Celebrity Pierre The Shark made an appearance to enjoy some of our craft cocktails!

We had such a great time at this family friendly event which also included chances for kids to paint and make their own art while their parents enjoyed the offerings from local artist and craftspersons. We look forward to helping the Art League in their fundraising efforts in the future!
